Refund policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to the service until that date.

Due to the digital nature of New Habitz® services, subscription payments already processed are non-refundable — except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents reasonable access to the service, contact us within 7 days at hello@newhabitz.com and we will review your case individually.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
